Individual & Group Sessions for Perinatal Professionals

If you are a midwife, physician, doula, lactation consultant, childbirth educator, nurse, psychotherapist, craniosacral therapist, yoga  teacher, or any other health professional who works in reproductive health, you know that your services are invaluable and life changing.

You know how important it is to be able to serve and hold space for healing and transformation.

You also know that sometimes the work that you have been called to do feels endless, intense, tiring, and brings up your own challenges, stories, and traumas.

And so you really know that receiving support and healing for yourself is the most important self care practice for you to continue to serve women and families in the way that you do.

In my personal experience, my own healing journey of learning to receive support and heal my early imprints has been absolutely integral to be able to offer care to others in the best possible way.

How might this help me?

  • Are you burnt out in your work?
  • Is it difficult to put yourself first and practice self-care?
  • Have you experienced vicarious trauma while working with clients?
  • Are you studying to be a doula or midwife and are nervous about how you will handle the intensity of attending births?
  • Are you curious about your own birth and early history and how this may be impacting you as a practitioner?
  • Learn more about trauma trauma and how it impact development in babies, children and adults

"Professional support and supervision was essential to my development as a full-spectrum doula and birth worker. I was burnt out after my first four months of attending births. Sessions with Chanti supported me to take good care of myself while I was supporting my clients, and the more awareness I brought to my own early experiences the more skilled I was with my clients."

Rose Weber, Doula, Oakland, CA

Holistic Pelvic Care™ and Womb Healing

Holistic Pelvic Care™ is a technique designed to restore physical, emotional, and energetic imbalances rooted in the pelvic bowl. Holistic Pelvic Care™ helps re-balance and restore the pelvic musculature and refresh circulation through gentle internal work and self-care education. This work is especially supportive for healing postpartum symptoms, birth trauma, pelvic pain, urinary leakage or incontinence, infertility, pregnancy loss, abortion, stillbirth, sexual, physical, or emotional abuse history, and sexual health, menstrual imbalances, digestive issues, and pain. This care also supports alignment and function of the ovaries and uterus, and revitalizes creative potential. Womb Healing incorporates Mayan abdominal massage, Chi Nei Tsang (Chinese Organ Massage), and Craniosacral Therapy, restoring the body to it's natural balance with optimal positioning of the womb and surrounding organs, thus supporting the flow of blood, lymph, nerve and chi energy. This transformational bodywork brings health and restoration on the physical, emotional and energetic levels.

Flower Essences, Herbs & Homeopathy

Flower essences are safe and gentle solutions using the extractive power of the sun to diffuse the essence of a plant into a solution of water.  Each plant has a signature, the shape or way it grows shows us how to use it, for example, asparagus grows in shoots and pushes up through the ground, and it supports spinal alignment and clear focus. I utilize The Lily Circle Flower Essences and Bach Flower Remedies. The Lily Circle Flower Essences, created by Julia Graves, are the archetypal feminine flower and are particularly apt for use in fertility and conception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum and parenting. They are also useful for supporting relationships, releasing fears, healing from trauma, and finding your purpose. Herbs can support your body in many ways, adding nutrients and minerals to your diet, balancing reproductive health, supporting healthy sleep, reducing inflammation, and promoting healthy functioning of all your body systems. I have studied Western Herbalism for twenty years with master herbalists all over the world. I specialize in using herbs, acute homeopathy, and supplements to support reproductive health, including: fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and newborn/children's health.

"In particular, in the early imprint group work, seeing others hold once overwhelming or intolerable aspects of my own experience allowed me to one, go down "new roads" and have a new experience; and two, experience more cohesion between parts of experience had been held at bay. The meta quality of Chanti's early imprint holding space has profoundly transformed how I hold parts of client's experience in relationship to their whole. And the particular nature of what I found in my own work allows me to be more present, more curious, and more heart filled with my clients. Her work feels like "coming home" to myself."
